Dato’ Sri Zaini Bin Jass began his career in the Royal Malaysia Police in 1984 and has served in public service from 1985 until his retirement in 2023. Below is a list of the positions he has held:

After retiring from public service, Dato’ Sri Zaini has taken on director roles in several public listed companies, including Globetronics Technology Berhad. He currently serves as the chairman of ZR Securities Sdn Bhd.

DATO' ROMAN YEK SIEW LEE

Dato’ Roman Yek Siew Lee, born 26 May 1974, Perak, Malaysia, is a 3rd generation Chinese ethnic businessman, investor, and philanthropist.

Dato’ Roman embarked on his career in aluminum manufacturing in 1994, later becoming the CEO of Diamond Interior Design in Singapore from 1996 to 2004. By 2004, he was advising the public listed D.B.E. Gurney Resources Group, and in 2013, took on a special advisory role at SPL Resources, focusing on police force logistics. In 2016, he joined Nexgram Holdings Berhad as a Corporate Advisor, eventually rising to Executive Director in February 2019 and Managing Director by April 2019. He currently leads ZR Securities Sdn Bhd and ZR Sparkles Sdn Bhd.

Beyond business, Dato’ Roman has made significant contributions to society and philanthropy. Starting in 2011 as a director at Nan Hwa High School and becoming Vice Chairman in 2014, he has been influential in education, including a 2020 appointment at SJK (C) Min Te Ayer Tawar, Perak. His involvement in sports includes a Vice Presidency at the Perak Table Tennis Association in 2020, later becoming Acting President in 2022 & President for 2024. An active Lion Club member in the Manjung district, Dato’ Roman also advises various ethnic, educational, and religious groups, championing sustainable social entrepreneurship and demonstrating a commitment to creating a diverse, inclusive, and better future.
